Raúl Pereira Fleury
Raúl is part of FERRERE's regional international arbitration practice, where he regularly participates in domestic and international arbitrations under different regulations (CAMP, ICC,
CNUDMI). Her expertise focuses on resolving cross-border investment, commercial, and corporate disputes, primarily concerning commercial, distribution, licensing, and construction contracts. She also regularly participates in and advises on proceedings for the recognition, enforcement, and annulment of arbitral awards. Prior to joining FERRERE, she was a member of the international arbitration group at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Paris, focusing mainly on foreign investment, renewable energy, oil and gas, and corporate and construction contracts, under various rules and institutions, including the CNUDMI Rules, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (CIADI), and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

Raúl is Assistant Editor of the legal journal ITA in Review, published by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, Paraguay's representative to the ICC Arbitration Commission, and a member of the Latin American Committee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge. He has also published extensively on international commercial and investment arbitration, contributing to leading specialized legal journals such as Arbitration International (Oxford), American Review of International Arbitration (Columbia University), Transnational Dispute Management, and the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.
