Former Legal Advisor to the Vice Ministry of Commerce (MIC), the Vice Ministry of Transportation (MOPC), and Paraguayan Public Television (SICOM). Former President of the Transportation Secretariat of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Asunción (STM) in 2013-2014.
