Former consultant contracted for the implementation of Subprogram A, "Reforms to the Regulatory Framework for Investments," of the National Government's Sectoral Investment Program, funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), for the establishment of the first Arbitration Center in Paraguay. Executive Director of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Paraguay (formerly the Asunción Chamber of Commerce and Stock Exchange) (2000-2001). Arbitrator and member of the Ethics and Certification Committee of the aforementioned Arbitration and Mediation Center of the National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Paraguay.
