In the event that the parties require urgent precautionary or provisional measures and that due to the urgency they cannot wait until the constitution of the arbitral tribunal, such measures may be requested from an Emergency Arbitrator, in accordance with the CAMP Emergency Arbitration Regulations, as well as its current fee schedule.

The request for an Emergency Arbitrator will be accepted by the Center only if it is received by the Secretariat before the arbitral tribunal is constituted in accordance with the Arbitration Rules, regardless of whether the requesting party has already submitted its Request for Arbitration. The provisions regarding Emergency Arbitrators will apply only to parties that are signatories to the arbitration agreement under the Rules on which the request is based.
